The Victorian Terrace Transformation
We took a dilapidated 3-bedroom terrace in a high-demand area of Bristol and converted it into a high-spec 6-bedroom All-Ensuite HMO for young professionals. This project showcases our ability to maximize space through loft conversions and rear extensions.
What We Did:

- check_circle Added L-shaped dormer loft conversion (2 beds).

- check_circle Installed acoustic insulation exceeding regulations.
Lessons Learned
Every project teaches us something. Here is what we took away from this build to improve our future developments.
Planning Delays
The L-shaped dormer required a specific lawful development certificate which added 3 weeks. We now apply for this concurrently with other permissions.
Structural Steels
Access for the rear extension steels was tight. We now factor in crane hire costs for terraced properties with limited rear access.
